QUARTERLY VISUAL REPORTING

Quarterly visual monitoring inspection shall be observed at permitted outfalls and completed by the same person through out the life of the permit when permissible. Samples shall be taken during daylight hours and inspected in well lit areas within a reasonable amount of time. Inspections shall have all applicable information, such as date, time, location, and sampler name.
