The video "Spill Clean Up Training Video" was designed as a training aid and should not be use in a step by step situation to clean spills. It is strongly recommended if a spill occurs at your facility that you immediately contact your local or county or state government agency for assistance on what measures that should be taken next.
The Spill Clean Up Training Video was designed to help illustrate how workers could keep an accidentally spill/release from entering the environment in a liquid form. The spill scenario starts when a 10 gallon bucket of a non-hazardous non-toxic chemical refer to as Mook, which is knocked over accidentally and causes a small spill. The workers have been instructed on how to handle a non-hazardous, non-toxic substance, which has been accidentally released into the environment.
For our purposes the chemical used in the Spill Clean Up Training Video will be identify as Mook. Mook is a fictitious chemical name use for the purpose of our training video on cleaning up a liquid spill and should not be associate with an other chemical.
